We are deeply committed to preparing students academically and professionally to meet the constantly changing requirements of the Medical Billing & Coding Field.  We have an opening at our Burlington Center Mall location in Burlington Twp, NJ for a Medical Billing & Coding Instructor, EVENINGS.   

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, public speaking ability and be detail oriented.   

Qualified applicants must be well organized and have the following to be considered for a teaching position:

• Teaching experience helpful, but not required, although a strong desire to see adult students succeed is!
  
• A minimum of 15 years experience dealing with ICD-9, CPT and preferably HCPCS codes in a healthcare administration or health insurance field.  This includes modifiers and CMS-1500 forms.
• CPC certified through the AAPC.  If not certified must be willing to be certified within 6 months.
• Detailed knowledge of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, Physiology and Health Insurance regulations.
• Must be professional in all aspects of the position including appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
• Medisoft Software experience strongly preferred.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and oral presentation skills.
  
• A positive attitude towards change as our school grows!

Instructors are required to lecture, provide demonstrations of techniques, prepare and distribute assignments and advise students on academic progress. This is a part time, evening position.
